Very Helpful for small businesses like mine, where we need HR support from someone who understands the day-to-day challenges of an owner run business, I always receive practical advice that makes sense and is easy to follow, extremely efficient and knowledgeable and always eager to help even beyond the scope of HR. She understands business and people and is great at conflict resolution without over complicating things. The best decision I made was collaborating with Executive HR Services. You definitely get more value for money.
