Absolutely atrocious customer experience! This unprofessional company has rude and incompetent senior staff that cannot meet basic requests. I contacted Employ Africa on 22 July 2020 via their web query to find out more around their services, engagement and pricing. Having tried unsuccessfully to correspond electronically, I had to call the office to try have my request met. I was required to provide additional irrelevant, personal information only to be insulted and have the phone put down. By far the worst customer experience, would never recommend this business.
