I am blown away by the exceptional care my mum received at SS Audiology. Ms Sadeck was incredibly empathetic and took the time to address all my mums concerns. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made my mum feel at ease. The facility was clean and modern, and the appointment scheduling was seamless. I especially appreciated the clear post-care instructions given to mum and follow-up phone consults. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give them ten stars if I could! Highly recommend!
