Hi. The welcome was very cordial and pleasant. The audiologist was very professional and through with regards to the test. She informed me of my condition which l understood clearly. Thank you for seeing me on such short notice. Will most definitely be back in the future if l have any hearing problems. Will recommend you to others who needs assistance with regards to hearing difficulties. Thanks once more for pleasant experience.
I find the practices reception to the both the therapists very compassionate, kind and caring. This is the 2nd time I have been here and I find it so good.
From Lorna to all the receptionists at 66, & especially Sarah-Lee we have had such a wonderfull experience. The way Sarah explains everything is too good. Keep on with the good work. Regards Eddy.
