I am extremely impressed with the service I received from Alex van Rensburg. After I forgot to deactivate my Carwatch on the car tracking app before starting my car, he contacted me within seconds. He politely informed me that they had received a Carwatch alert and wanted to confirm that everything was alright. This level of attentiveness and quick response truly reflects excellent customer service. I felt valued and reassured—well done!
