I have never experienced such bad service before !! Pathetic!!! Please do not get your tracker installed by Netstar!! They lied about installing a tracker on my car ! They do not communicate well and you can never rely on them . They promised to install a tracker on my car on the day it leaves the show room and did not deliver on that . They said they did not have stock of the trackers. A few days later they said “their work is all over the place “ . How unprofessional!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. If they can’t deliver on installing the tracker they could never help you should anything happen to your car .

The worst in terms of customer service . Not for the first time I was let down by Netstar and I have decided to cancel their services . They booked me for fitment and when I got to their offices at Mount Edgecombe there was no one there . I called their customer services and sent me from pillar to post . Hayi nje I decided to cancel since they showed no remorse . Poor customer service and I will never have any involvement with them

Very pathetic service. I've been in contact with Netstar from the 13/01/2020 up till the 16/01/2020 there's still no solution. Netstar advised that the tracking device was installed in my car while my car was still at the car dealership, my question is who authorized that? I only gave content for Netstar to contact me when I fetched my car on the 07/12/2019. When I called the car dealership they advised that the tracking device was that of a previous owner, my question is why is netstar charging me for installation if the device was already installed by the previous owner? And why are they lying about this whole …
