Wish I could give you guys zero stars. Needed an urgent covid test done at home and used your whatsapp service, plus called you guys and you guys insisted you'll confirmed with my dad. You'll send him a whatsapp message at 18:25pm to confirm his appointment that was for 15:30pm. Pathetic service. Did screen shot and forwarded it to your pathetic whatsapp chat.
I had a Downs Test done and was informed in 3 days the doctor would get the results. It took them a week to send me the results after several phone calls and false promises. Bad customer service.
Requested an invoice to submit for a claim since a week and no response . Went in personally to the Chatsworth lab and till date non received
