Call in, speak to a lady for a shock replacement, confirms i have the shock, what vehicle and so forth, tells me yes they can do it and to come in. Drive around 9km to get there just for them to tell me they cannot do it on a weekend. Why tell me to come through, just to tell me it cannot be done on a weekend. With the cost of fuel these days, one cannot just be wasting trips. Not on, customer service was bad and although I explained that I called before I could come through, no remorse, no apologies...just walk away from me..

Absolutely terrible service received from this establishment. Please consider sending your front end staff for training on how to treat your customers. Your manager Malcolm together with the female lady has no customer etiquette at all. My car was in for tyre change and wheel alignment. The car door undercarriage has been severely dented and paint scratched from changing of front tyres. The wheel alignment is worse of than before. Definitely would not recommend these guys, especially if you are female!!!
