I went into the pharmacy to get some medication for my baby & one of the female pharmacists (can't remember name) failed to assist me adequately. I mentioned I have a script and it was dated last year but 1 particular item is marked for 12 months supply. She told me to come back with another script, refused to even read the current script I had. Did not even bother to offer an alternative. I'm utterly shocked at how poor this interaction was because I mentioned I needed that particularly item quite desperately for my child. @Jay, you seriously need to address how your staff deals with customer queries, people …

This pharmacy say they offer whatsapp services they do not fully communicate via whatsapp. Each month i still havto phone to check if my delivery is coming. They reply hour at a time it even goes on the next day. Short medication is given. Note i still havto phone to remind to send my medication because on whatsapp different people chat and each time they wil ask you details and wat medication was short. It's a reccuring script , dey dnt kp medication stocked even thou i asked to keep it i will need again. They deliver short , i am expected to pay the full amount.
