Been there twice, never got offered anything close to what they advertised on paper (The Rising Sun), eventhough gold price increased. Disingenuous false advertising that is used as a gimmick to draw in customers. They don't show you the weighing of the gold (with weight on scale), or the gold purity reading, you just have to take their word for it. Should be more transparent, stop with the false advertising and the handling of the gold items out of sight of the customer.
