I recently had a very disappointing experience with Dr Cassim. I visited the practice for my own medical consultation regarding a back issue. My 13-year-old daughter accompanied me because I had just collected her from cricket practice and the doctor's rooms were on the way home. At reception I only requested my file, as I was the patient.
