Got my nails done for the first time here and was truly disappointed. The owner/waxer/nail tech filed off my natural nails leaving flesh bearing. My fingers are bruised and sore. The flesh underneath is visible as the nails are completely filed down. I chose Acrylic coffin shaped. They weren't filed straight. They were cut in an angle. She did not fill the corners of my nails, making them look like "fingernails on toes". Upon begging her to fix it. She gave me a terrible response. Refuse to understand.
