Complaint Regarding Unfair Treatment Dear Management As a loyal client since your opening, I was shocked by my recent experience. Security denied me entry for wearing a casual vest, thst I normally wear all the time, and its not a gym vest, though others inside wore the same. Later, when I only wanted ice, I was forced to join the alcohol line and chased by the bouncer. This treatment felt inconsistent and unfair. I ask that you review these practices to ensure customers are treated with respect and fairness. Sincerely, Unhappy client.
