The quality is amazing. The store itself is wonderful. However, the staff aren't helpful at all. They stood around the till area today and just had loud conversations. No assistance. Not even someone to check what we took into the change rooms. Such disappointing service for such an amazing store.

The returning process is so frustrating. If you have bought an item online, you need to find a printing shop to print your invoice at your own expense before going to the store for a refund or exchange! Please do better.
