They more like con-artists, medical aid patients gets first priority even if an appointment was made, when I phoned to make an appointment the receptionist said the fee was R1500,after I was seen to by the Doctor i came out to pay the uneducated receptionist says it R3050. Indian doctors in SA-waste of time! Its all about money and numbers-no respect for ignoring the appointment times-no respect for having empathy on elderly sick patients-its all about medical aid and fulfilling their own requirements. If a doctor is treating cash paying patients-no receipts-the biggest tax fraudsters to be found! Demand a receipt. Worst Practice Rooms in South Africa.
My daughter had an appointment with this doctor today 21/08/2024 for 11:30, so my wife accompanied her as my daughter is in a wheelchair and is Special Needs… all of which was explained to the receptionist over the phone.
