This is the worst place I have ever had to endure. Do not take your business here you will only be sorry.

The son of the owner, is arrogant. Has no customer care. Ready for a fight. Job cards are not executed but charged. They make you sign blank job cards....then make all kinds of fake claims. Not nice people.

A good service experience from start to finish. I felt heard and taken seriously. I received correspondence every step of the way and timelines were met. I would confidently recommend Tidal.
