I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding the service I received at Spark Pharmacy. This is unfortunately the second time I have experienced extremely poor customer service there, and I feel it needs to be addressed.
When I arrived at the counters, there were approximately 3 -4 staff members standing behind the tills, talking amongst themselves. I was the only customer waiting, yet there was no acknowledgement or greeting. I eventually had to ask if I could approach one of them for assistance.

Awsome amazing excellent customer and community service experienced here at this pharmacy...No pharmacy was opened except this one on Christmas and Boxing Day when we needed lifesaving information and medication..I want to Thank all The Pharmacists ,Assistants, Supervisor and Manager Mr Mohammed for the very kind assistance afforded to me and my family...May Allah bless You'll always and open many more doors to You'lls success 🙌 ✅️ Insha Allah...God bless 🙌

Great service, friendly staff, very neat and tidy at all times..... just need some signage for the beauty therapist upstairs, as nobody would know accept her existing customers...
