Worst service that I’ve experienced from a vet.
This veterinary clinic has muliple locum vets who honestly don’t know their job.
My husband took our dog for her routine cytopoint injection.
He initially waited (even though we made an appt) because the vet was on the phone.
My husband had to join a teams meeting for work. The vet was rude and asked him if he is going to talk to her or be on his meeting.
Just to put you in perspective, a cytopoint injection is literally just an injection, no consult is included. We take our dog for this injection every month for her allergies.

Absolutely pathetic vet. About a month ago I went to the Northdene Veterinary Clinic on a Saturday with my neighbours dog that got knocked and had just been bleeding out on the road. The Northdene Vet is 2 minutes away from my house. I got there and there was a male outside who I pleaded with to help me save this little dogs life. She was still a pup who was injured severely and losing breath.
