JJ Electronics was called out to inspect and resolve faults on two of my CCTV camera points. After attending to the issue, the technician (Dean) himself stated he was not happy with the wiring work done and advised that he would return to correct it properly. That never happened. Both camera points have since failed again, and after reviewing the work that was left behind, it’s clear why. The installation was left in an unfinished and unprofessional state, exposed twisted wires, insulation tape used as a permanent fix, unsupported connectors, and no proper junction or strain relief. This is not acceptable work…

Fast and friendly, workmanship was very poor. Complained when I got my TV back, remote was not connecting anymore to the tv, menu button never work, colour was bad. TV worked for 2 weeks and power source they replaced stopped working.
