Dees Steel cannot produce a deck soffit to meet SABS tolerances. Skimming deviation of excess of 18mm. labourers are also negligent. Ref 1: Did plans affect your formwork quality or request damaging facebrick. This isn't the standard that 'Mr Dees' carried out.
