Unhelpful and don’t give a damn attitude from the staff. Went for a refund, 2 days before it went past the date. The lady said NO, system wont allow me to, why don’t you just go to Gateway and sort it out. So to refund 1 shirt i need to drive an hour away. Make it make sense. Long story short i didn’t get the refund and still the unused item, imagine. Do better refinery Chatsworth
Store team is very lazy the system shows they have in stock the takkies i was looking for but they went to the back and said they all finished. Asked them to check for other stores that was also a difficult thing to do
Walked into store this morning. 3 guys in store. Two behind counter and one on floor. Floor assistant totally ignored me even after browsing for abt 3 mins. When I walked out I had a word with him abt excellence in customer service. No smile, no acknowledgement. NOTHING! This youngster seemed to think I, the customer, did him a favour by shopping at the store. If Refinery's corporate culture is supportive of his behaviour then Refinery can go to hell!!!😡 BTW, I walked into Woolworths 2 mins later and bought 3 chinos and 2 golfers. Classy customer service as always and a real 'rainbow nation' organisation which p…
