I decided to visit a physiotherapist, Sumeshnee Pillay who diagnosed multiple knots in my calf. She treated it with deep tissue massage and dry needling to release the tension. She advised me to avoid physical activity for three days, which I followed. Since then, I’ve been back to normal and playing sport pain-free.
