Contacted Geyser Girl for replacement of burst geyser. They responded to my call by 08:30am and asked for pictures. I sent pictures immediately as was urgent. I have not heard from them since, more than 24 hours later. Not even an acknowledgement of my message or a call to say if they could assist or not. They have also not responded to any messages I sent after. Bad service. I did get Durban Plumbers by 1pm the same day, geyser was replaced by 3pm. Done.
I have never used their services but I have seen them often. I renovate Interiors and I bump into them on multiple sites. It's a dad and daughter business. They each have a vehicle. It's owner operated. They are professional. I recently called them for a price on a geyser replacement and they were the cheapest. They are certified and provide COC.
