I recently attempted to purchase a pair of sneakers for my nephew, only to be informed at the till point that the correct price was higher than the one advertised in-store. I politely requested that the advertised price be honoured, given that the error originated on the store's side. Upon consulting the manager, the response was a rigid 'take it or leave it' approach, with no attempt to resolve the discrepancy. The lack of any apology, or even an effort to rectify the store's clear error, resulted in an extremely negative and unprofessional customer experience.

Very bad service when exchanging an item the manger told us we must take the same item or something with higher price. Like really what if I like something with a lesser price??
