our agent akhil never liased with us on our tours we were lied to and this made our experience horribble ...this was our first trip overseas and he knew this but did not give us key details very very disappointed with onestop please make sure your agents are on the ball and not half asleep our money is being spent and we are not given a full rundown of important stuff ....we are then lied too that we were told all of this....please do better
I have been dealing with a consultant named Candice at the Chatsworth branch regarding the cash refund of a ticket that was due in March / April 2020. Candice is unresponsive to emails and is rude over the telephone - constantly advising me that the money will be refunded in a month or so but never giving a specific date for refund. I find the level of customer service shocking and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Agent Preantha doesn't get back with quotes. Unable to work packages efficiently. Went to a Flight Center Agent and was sorted with a full package within 24 hours flights, accommodation and tours. Very disappointed with service.
