To give 1 star for this company even makes me sick. This company lies and take peoples money. I had a deep freezer which was not working after my son cleaned it. I called the company the the man came his name is Mike . he had a look and told us that my son made a hole but not to worry he can fix it. He told my husband our freezer is in excellent condition and he can repair it. No problem he told us R1800 we happily gave the money. He fixed it 5 mins after he left the freezer stopped working. he came back told us he has to take it away to fix that was before Christmas. after numerous and pain stacking calls to him…

This company have left me down many years ago. They took my Defy front loader washing mashien for repairs and that was the last I saw my machine. For months I had to do my washing by hand as he just do not take my calls and if he did he had every excuse under the sun. I had even an attorney to assist but this have become more costly. I'm still without my washing mashien and was forced to buy one. Never again I will use his services for my washing mashien.

We were overcharged by this company for very poor service. When we called them out for the price their response was shocking and unprofessional.
