WhatsApp inefficient, no reply to price request....90min elapsed. Decided to edit my review after Imran contacted me telephonically and apologised for any inconvenience and was made aware of their WhatsApp process and reason for possible delays. I received the prices and was satisfied.

Counter sales are slow, always a long line waiting to get assisted, It would be quicker to drive to another spare shop for your items. Staff are never pleasant, they assisting each other behind the counter rather than the customer infront of them then customers need to repeat what they want cause they never focused.
