Apart from the receptionist, who was incredibly rude on several occasions, after being paid upfront for an install they not only took 2 months to do the job, but also did not arrive 3 times after making appointments to install. I am not one to write reviews, but treated so badly as a client I really hope no one experiences that, and that IMS take a look a changing their customer experience.
