I initially hired your team for leak detection after noticing a high water bill. While the initial underground leak repair for R5,000 seemed successful, the subsequent experience has been unacceptable. I ordered 1000L of water for R1000, and was given less than 100L. My tank is 2500L. 1000L is 2/5th of the tank. If 1000L was put into the empty tank, the level should have been at about 800mm. It was not. The level was about 40mm. The tap to the lower tanks was shut, and those lower tanks were completely empty. Ganga Plumbers gave me almost no water, but kept insisting they had given me water. It was clearly a lie. I took my money back. I will never order water from this company again.

We received a call that one of our property had a block drain & someone recommended GANGA PLUMBERS as a plumber that is servicing the area. We requested that they come to clear the blocked toilet. Upon arrival, they discovered that the blockage had been cleared. I was amazed by how they acted in good faith to notify us that what they were dispatched to do was no longer an issue as the pipe was no longer blocked, where another plumber would have easily fidgeted with the pipes & toilet to opt for a higher unblocking procedure fee than the standard callout fee.
