Plumber was good. Thembiso was very polite and effecient. But Plumb Guatantee as a service advisor, need to improve their communication skills with the customer. The time lines were pathethic. 2pm appointment turned out to be 3 hours later Leaving the customer on hold..
Great service. Efficient neat and happy all round. Sithembiso and his colleague were quiet, as unobtrusive as possible and cleaned up and patched up with paint etc where needed, before telling me they were done. Fantastic!
Had Piet and team come out to replace a geyser. They replaced it on a Sunday with no delays. Install and workmanship was done well. Appreciate the good work, Thanks.
