Terrible service at this MTN branch and I notice many other comments about the staff's unwillingness to help and attitude towards customers. They have little to no urgency to assist, and cannot answer questions directly. The help you get depends on staff's daily mood. Would not recommend.

Recently went to the MTN store in Chatsworth Centre to cancel a month to month LTE plan which increased in price every year...Dealt with Melanie Pillay... honestly I have no idea how MTN hire staff when they have a face of a bull...and this is supposed to be someone who deals with people face to face, it's almost like she doesn't want to do the job she's paid for.
