Absolutely terrible customer service. Stood there for more then 1½ hours, was told that there fingerprint systems were working, was then asked for proof of residence to be emailed to them waited for another 30 mins for this girl to tell us that she didn't receive the email. Went and got it printed she then took another 20 mins to assist us and then magically "the systems were offline" Absolutely pathetic service from this people. Nicole you're the one that helped me, I hope you're reading this and catch a wake up and take pride into your work and learn better customer service.

Fantastic service from rozeena huysamen. Did all my contracts with her. Pleasant and reliable sales agent. Shop is a bit hot though. Please put fans or a aircon. Staff are helpful and smiling. I did notice no seats for staff. It's tedious to be on your feet for the entire day. I wonder how the company treats their staff? Anyway. I'm happy with my service from rozeena. Thanks
