I called and ordered medication at 14:30. The guy I spoke to assured me i will receive it by the afternoon. As I am aware that the pharmacy closes at 18:00 - I called the pharmacy again at 17:20 right up until 17:57 reason being the medication was not delivered, my call was never answered. The service is pathetic. What is the point of a business having their contact number on the internet, when its Extremely difficult to get through.

The ladies and gentlemen in this pharmacy always greet with a smile. They make collection of chronic medication a pleasure that takes your chronic conditions away from your mind. From the greetings of the eversmiling security guard, to Stephanie's warm hug, and the laughter you get at the counter on your way out. Again, the security waives you good bye as he guides you back on the road.

It is a pleasure going to Redchem Pharmacy, the staff are polite and helpful especially Stephanie one of the staff who world there. She is a pleasure to talk to, very helpful, very efficient and always goes over and beyond to make sure we have what we need. In a time where you are sick, the assistance from this pharmacy especially Stephanie is outstanding!
