Absolutely rude and disgraceful service. The woman who contacted me (I’m assuming she may be the owner, though I’m not certain) sent my invoice three days late. Unfortunately, I forgot to make the payment, as things can get busy and mistakes happen.
Instead of handling the situation professionally, she sent me a very unpleasant voice note saying that she is not going to run after me for money. This response was completely unnecessary and highly unprofessional. The invoice was only R350, which is hardly something anyone would try to avoid paying — I simply forgot.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I contacted them about hiring draping and some decor. Called to ask how much they charge per meter and was told that they have different lengths and I need to give exact measurements of what I need in order to get a quote, I then sent them all the exact measurements for the draping I needed and was told "We don't hire pieces of fabric out like this" I then asked how do they hire their draping's to which they responded "We deal with how many pieces u need" I then asked how long are their pieces, in order to order the right amount for the measurements I need and their respo…

My childs 3rd birthday was spoilt as the Daisys function hire Emmanuel gave us poor quality goods. Tablecloths stained and had holes in it. Overlays were the wrong colour and the next day it came a few minutes before the party only for us to discover that too had holes in it. Tables were rusted and damaged. Chairs were dirty.
