Planned our visited to this store while holidaying in Kzn, based on their tiktok adverts and online presence. Attendant was either having a moody day or was very rude naturally. I could not tell. "Are you done? Are you taking this? " seemed to be her go to phrase with a very condescending attitude as soon as you requested to look at anything. Also threw in "What's wrong with it?" when we noted loose thread or rejects and a few, "No Returns or Refunds". There was limited stock, understandable since the sale was almost over. 100% on customer service and affordability, the ladies at the store are very friendly and helpful. I have purchased a few things from them recently and i am very satisfied with my purchases. Their outfits are exclusive and i only recommend shopping at Chatsworth mumbai fashion.

Getting to the store is abit confusing especially if you are not from the area and first time visiting the store. But security at A5 is quite helpful in directing us to the right place. Once we got to the parking there's stairs and also a lift. It was raining cats and dogs that day so we did not trust the lift. Went down the stairs and as we walked down we see the store. Looking at the store from outside my bank account was crying already because their range is so beautiful and looks pricey. When I walked in looking at the price tags got me even more shocked.
