Do not recommend for any events, they only make the situation worse. Instead of de escalating a situation they attack and injure guests. The situation was completely avoidable if they took 2 minutes to hear us out, at a concert/ event. They attacked multiple people including pensioners and women. And those of us who were attacked weren't even in the wrong. The security personnel injured and damaged property. The manager who we asked to see offered no help, instead saying we should go to the police( we all know how helpful our police can be). I've had PT Alarms for 3 years in Isipingo, and despite there depot being less than 5 minutes away, on all 5 separate occasions when we called or pressed panic button they took almost 30 minutes to respond. Atrocious service. Will be canceling immediately now that contract has ended

All show and no action. Called for an ambulance to fetch my mom having a stroke. She stays with us but was visiting her sister and I was told by the lady that answered the phone that their vehicles were on a long distance call. I ended up phoning a local man that works for them afterwards and he said he cannot help me as the patient must come from the persons house. Definitely cancelling👍🏻
