In Durban for a month, decided to use The Rock for the month of Jan, they refused me to use the gym if I did not pay an extra R200 for an access card. Go to a gym where you are valued.

Been training here 3 weeks already and I'm loving it. Very neat and clean all around the gym area, including the change room and showers/toilets. The staff is very friendly and so helpful. This place is quite family oriented. There is separate female gym which I start my workouts at and its honestly comforting to train without feeling intimated amongst the men. However the males there are totally friendly and easy going. It deserves a 5 🌟

Love this gym. It's clean, theres a private ladies section and a studio. Plenty parking. Friendly staff and always ready to assist. They offer classes that is included in your monthly fees. There are month to month contracts as well. They have every machine you could possibly need. There's even karate and ballet offered to kiddies so you can get your workout done while they're busy.
