Gregg Mulzack

I have had a really great experience with this branch. From the first telephone contact, to scheduling with the rep to do measurements; the confirmation of time for the installation; the on-time arrival and the professionalism and courtesy of the technicians; to the follow up call after installation. I was quite impressed!

PHUMELELE DLADLA

Called the company after I had bought this new place and happened to loose the key. I explained what was the issue and what assistance I would require from them, mechanic was sent only to be told its not one of their product and that I will be liable for a call out fee. I did not buy the gate, am simply a second owner, further to that am not a subject matter expert when it comes to these gates. Had to then find myself liable to costs I did not understand. This fine print was never explained to me upon contacting the company.
