We had our garage door installed by Richard and his team some years and it needed a service as it was very loud when opening or closing. I contacted Richard and the team were on site in record time to service and oil all components. The door is back to being silent. Excellent service as always.

I wish I could share the same high praise as the other reviewers. While the door itself is great, our installation team manager to knock off a huge chunk of plaster from the garage wall. No interest in fixing it. The finish on the final safety lock is cheap and looks terrible on an otherwise gorgeous door. A shame, really. I would recommend highly managing their installation team if you elect to use them.
