My first experience with this company was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever experienced in my life, two of their security personnel were driving horribly I flashed them to get out out the lane for me to get into my home, they moved to the side to verbally abuse me, pulled over and then physically assaulted me, and pepper sprayed me. And this is supposed to be people that are supposed to allegedly protect our community. Absolutely disgusting.
Today, as an out of town yokul, I was very eagerly assisted by one of your security personnel at a Durban North shopping centre, Killarney?...the guy escorted us to where we needed to be amidst the building chaos. And was super friendly. Sorry I did not get his name...he was on the upstairs parking lot.
Roland is a superstar, helping us jump start our car. Amazing help!
