Always parking on the road.

Cars just stop outside here, with no regard for the other drivers on the road. Then you get people just running accross the road to this place. Some dance on the edge of the sidewalk. Some cars just reverse straight out this place onto the main road without concern. The owner , security and police do nothing. It's just a matter of time before someone is knocked or there's an accident.
