Unprofessional, unqualified staff. The managers attitude towards customers is surprisingly don't give a damn. The service promised and service provided is not off the same. No solution when you go into the dyire. They don't care to answer the call, why do they phones. The attitude reflects poorly on how much they value customers. They don't deserve one star

This store is the worst to deal with , the staff make mistakes on ur account an you the customer must make a thousand calls to have it resolved I would like this store to close as all the staff there including the manager are incompetent . I was charged connection fee for an upgrade an they faied to debit my account correctly then charged debit rejection fee . When a dispute is logged they completely ignore the refund which is due to me and just say I must pay mu bill to avoid my account being handed over .
