I did a laybuy in November came and collected it a month later which was yesterday December 5th when I got home some of the things where changed, there where different sizes then the one's I laybuyed. I was so disappointed I had to go back to the the store again.waste of time and money
Very bad customer service ! The cashier doesn’t great and is very unhelpful. She feels she was doing me a favour . The worst totalsports I ever been to . The rolling of her eyes and attitude it’s pathetic. To me it felt racial .
Very unprofessional service. I ordered a soccer shoe and requested chatsworth branch to have the shoe brought from a different store and paid a fee for the shoe to be delivered to the store. It's been 2 and half weeks and I'm still waiting. Will never shop at their store again.
