I would have given 0 stars. Unfortunately this pharmacy does not accept scripts electronically which wastes the modern persons time. It’s a pity we try to support local pharmacies when their systems are outdated. Clicks and Dischem accept electronic scripts , I will stick to them. The ladies are also very unhelpful and don’t seem to have any customer service experience . I would suggest their management sends them for a short course for customer service.
We try to support local pharmacy, but only met with disappointment, they don't have stock, got generic or no stock have to wait. Just rather go to dischem or clicks get what you need. Won't be going back there.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman that is at the till sometimes, he always gives the community helpful tips and is very enthusiastic about his job. My first option for all my medication needs.
