If it was possible to give them zero stars I would.
When ordering material there is always and issue with the material delivered on site. Pieces missing from the cutting list. Some pieces cut to the incorrect size. It costs me time and money to then return to the factory to get this sorted out.
When they delivering they are never on time. Rather pay more and get a better service elsewhere
Shocking that this is such a big company but you get such terrible service. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible service
If I could give this company zero stars I would.
I ordered and paid in full for boards. I was then awaiting pricing for routering of the supawood I ordered. It took them (Carl), 3 days to give me a price of which was 3 times higher than competitors.
The turn around time is usually 3 days, however the delivery took almost a week.
When you call the shop for an update, nobody can give you an answer immediately. They promise to call back, and they never do.
The staff member responsible for my order (Carl) is absolutely rude. He just walked away and acted like he is busy when I visite…

When you sell something to a customer make sure the quality you send out is not defective.Then dont tell a customer use filler to cover scratchs. If thats the case refund some of the money back. Now my job is delayed because of the poor quality of boards sent to my fitter.
