I did not have a very welcoming and friendly experience at the Chatsworth branch, this was not the first time.. staff are very rude and not helpful towards their customers namely Nikita. I'm in the medical field and we all know how important it is to treat customers with respect and kindness.. a smile does not cost much.. However I would like to thank all the staff from the sydenham branch for their kind assistance and friendliness.. it's that kind of attitude that will attract more customers. I would rather travel from Chatsworth to sydenham just for excellent service..
