Took my boy to be neutered today. We were welcomed by the friendly staff at reception. They made us feel very comfortable and that our boy was in safe hands. The two handlers, took my boy and allowed us a chance to be with him before he went into surgery. I'm sure the vet has handled him with good care as he is recovering well. Thank you for taking care of my baby and for the advise provided as well.

My dog was vomiting blood excessively, so we took her to this vet for urgent care. Unfortunately, I felt that the severity of her condition was not taken seriously. The veterinarian spent very little time listening to our concerns or asking detailed questions about her symptoms. We explained that she was not eating and that her condition appeared to be severe, but we were told that she may have eaten something that caused her to throw up blood, she was given an injection and medication, and advised to return the following day for an X-ray if she had not improved. I would like to express my concern regarding the treatment my dog, Max, received during a recent visit to your practice. Max has been experiencing difficulties with his legs, which was the reason for our consultation. Upon arrival, my husband informed the veterinarian that Max might be a little anxious and reactive due to his discomfort. The veterinarian immediately handed us a leash and muzzle and remarked that the chain would not be of any help.
