Absolutely appalling customer service.
I walked into the store carrying a sealed bottle of alcohol that I had legally purchased from another shop. I was stopped and told that alcohol isn't allowed inside. Fine, if that's your policy. But then I was also told I wasn't allowed to leave it at the parcel counter either. So what exactly was I supposed to do with it?
Instead of offering a reasonable solution, the staff told us that we couldn't shop there as long as we were carrying the sealed bottle. Their "solution" was for us to go outside and find someone to leave it with before we could come back and shop. Seriousl…

It is extremely chaotic. From the parking to the store itself. Prices are reasonable. I like how they handle the crowd by the till points but the rest of the shop is a warzone. Especially when it comes to the butchery area... feel sorry for the people working there, they can get overwhelmed very easy because there is no one directing the customers... what i found interesting, a clear manager was just standing there on his phone while everyone else was working around him. If you have patience and time to endure the chaos, it is worth the visit. Also don't expect friendly staff apart from a handful. But quality of …
