Not a good experience yesterday 06/04/24. A week before I bought a lug which was quite a size and the gentleman that sold it to me whom I think is the owner said I have to have it crimped onto the cable so yesterday I had to take my entire machine in because the cable does not come loose. Anyways after telling the guy to do the crimping he insisted that I bring the machine inside the shop even though I told him the machine is very heavy.
