My personal experience was certainly not a good one as on my wedding day, I had to find whatever we asked for was not done. From my wedding garlands to my bouquet of flowers. Despite him writing down certain things of what we discussed he assured me that he would remember, after me asking him if his sure I shouldn't send him a detailed messaged. Which he still had from me before we could make payment.
My garlands which one had a bell bottom and the other didn't, which was not wanted as I requested for no bell bottoms. It had strings that was terribly put and could be seen as the bottom of the flowers were hangin…
